Skyrim Special Edition launched just last week, and already the game has seen plenty of modders upgrading their projects for the remastered release of the game. Among those is Southern California native Roger Libiez – pronounced "lee-bee" – who is best known for his “Unofficial” patches for both The Elder Scrolls and Fallout Series.
